Amidst a texas wide freeze, we all had to be patient as to when plumbers would be able to help us. This company came faster than expected, was quick, courteous and restored water to my house at a reasonable price. They also answered all my questions and helped me feel prepared for the next time something like this happens.

We just purchased a home in Schertz and wanted to keep our business local. Just had RRP out for a second opinion. Vecente was awesome. He was professional and had down to earth curtesy. They were able to clear my main pipe and run their camera which showed my main problem. He gave me instruction and the next steps I needed to take to fix my main drainage issue. Hiring a plumber can be one of the scariest things a homeowner does, because there is a sense of uncertainty of the unknown, and a pricey outcome that lingers with every phone call. But not with Rapid Rooter Plumbing, they really did take the fear out of that uncertainty. We had them fix a leak in our sewer line and under our slab, and we couldn't have been more happy with the decision and outcome. They were professional on the job, and Vincente, who handled our claim, took the time to explain in detail what was going on with our old pipes, and what we could expect moving forward. He even took the time to answer my calls once the job was finished...who does that? I highly recommend this plumbing company because they really do have your best interest in mind, and they will always give you a fair price, and make sure you are happy with the results. Bottom line: they are a great company to work with!

I have used Rapid Rooter for years. The team has provided excellent service. Amanda is always responsive and professional in taking service calls. Joshua and Jacob are excellent plumbers that I trust and rely on. A couple of weeks ago, Rapid Rooter completed a big project that required pinpointing and repairing leaks under the house. I appreciate the whole Rapid Rooter team!

Absolutely the most positive experience with a company in my 51 years. Joshua Villegas and the crew he brought out were simply awesome. But that's not all. We were in a battle with our insurance company over repairs where they were forcing another plumbing company on us but that company couldn't come out for three weeks and we were scheduled to close on our house in a week. If we busted the close date, it was going to cost us some serious cash to buy an extension of the interest rate for our buyer, or lose the buyer. Also, we risked losing our new home that we were contract on. I called Rapid Rooter, explained my situation, and they immediately put me at ease...basically said "we're on our way". And they were, same day...got here, assessed what they could, took the only information I had, and started work almost immediately. Fixed every issue, inspected, etc., in three days. THIS WAS A HUGE PLUMBING BREAK under the foundation...they did everything; digging, tunneling, repairs, checks for more leaks, and backfill in three days!!! To top it off, they were nearly half the price of American Leak Detection. Rapid Rooter was professional, knowledgeable, kind, had phenomenal work ethic, and absolutely no BS. They restored my faith that there are still companies out there that listen, will bend over backwards, and stand by their word. Simply amazing experience. Thank you Rapid Rooter! You saved the day.
