My front yard was flooded when I got home from work yesterday evening. I submitted a service request after hours and was surprised when I got a phone call less than an hour later to schedule my service. It's been less than 24 hours since I submitted the service request and the broken pipe has already been fixed. The technicians were extremely friendly, and the service was superb. It was such a great experience overall, and I will definitely be going back to RR in the future if needed.
